The Measurement that Matters


Today’s office meeting was a great one!  In addition to previewing some of our neighbourhood videos, we got to receive some wonderful feedback from our customers.  More than production stats, I personally feel that the Ultimate Service® feedback we get from our clients is tremendous affirmation of many jobs well done.  in this video, I share some of the results about Jaime Briggs, Tanis Read, Leigh Bjornson, Tracey Lang, Gillian Krol, Cathy Kennedy and Karen Guy.  Please see your mail slots, which are currently packed with good news from the last quarter.  Bravo!
