May Workshop Dates Announced!

imagesThere was terrific feedback and participation from agents who attended  April education topics such as Self Defense, Ultimate Service® and Underwriting 101!  I have many requests for new topics, so keep them coming!  I am busy writing course material for many of them, and have some incredible guest teachers I am lining up!  This May, we have a very busy month in real estate, but we know we have to keep working ON our business to continue thriving!  Here are the upcoming education dates:

The What, Why and How of the #hashtag is presented in this very full hour!  Engage with a new online audience by learning how to use hashtags to participate in discussion, browse topics and more.  For the videographers, we will learn how tagging helps our YouTube videos get found, how we can influence the related content, and more!

CBWorks e-marketing

In this hands on class, we will learn to use Coldwell Banker’s contact management system.  Learn to set up an e-marketing campaign, back-up your database, create video newsletters, and more.  There are terrific new changes coming to e-marketing and this session will get you up to date, so that you can take advantage of them!  Best of all, CBWorks tools are  free for all Coldwell Banker Agents to use, and e-marketing is a terrific way to keep connected to the clients who are so vital to your business.

Winning!  Multiple offer presentations: How to best represent your Buyers and Sellers.

This class is essential if you have not been in a multiple offer situation lately.  Here, Susan will discuss the legalities, pitfalls and winning strategies of the multiple offer.  Don’t take for granted that the competing agent or Brokerage will know the ins and outs.  Act as an empowered advocate for your client!  Though we are usually open to outside agents participating in our sessions, this one will be held exclusively for Coldwell Banker Horizon agents.

Intro to iPad

If you are one of those people who got an iPad in your Christmas stocking, but still can’t do anything on it besides playing “Candy Crush Saga”, this class is for you.  Learn the very basics, and a few apps that might help you day to day.

This group is for proficient iPad users who want to share tips, tricks and apps that they have found useful.  Please attend with one item, app or shortcut to use with the group.  This is a share and grow group, if you don’t know what operating system you are running, you should attend the 1:00 session.
