The Coldwell Banker Cyclones, or “big biker gang” at Horizon Realty supported the BC Heart and Stroke Foundation yet again. I was shocked and delighted to hear that we have raised $115,805.00 over the years of our supporting this great cause. I was even more excited to find out that we have directly saved lives, with installations in our area of defibrillators, that can literally bring someone having a heart attack back to life! Thanks to our riders, and all of our clients, friends and relatives who support this cause!

Presenting Offers, A Lost Art?

In multiple offers last week, it came to be that if one agent had presented their offer in person, they would have secured the property for their Buyer. In this fast paced, busy time, agents often opt out of presenting because they don’t have time. In this class, we’ll make the case of why personal offer presentation is so important, learn tips on working together for the common goal, and strategies you can employ to make your offer presentations more effective. If we have time, there will be some role playing in the end!
Lynn will be sending out Eventbrite Invites for the remaining three courses, so please RSVP if you plan on attending. All classes are first come, first served, and knowing numbers for course material is very helpful!
