You Saw it Here First! The Next 6 Education Sessions Announced Today!

Fall is here, and I’m in the process of doing a few Fall/Halloween touches around the house. I came across this home tip of the day on Coldwell Banker On Location, which happens to be YouTube’s number one real estate channel BY FAR!  I think I’m going to use  it as I display  my  black cat votives…

You might find you can add content to your email campaigns, blogs and marketing materials by using some of these videos.

Freshly back from Gen Blue Hollywood, my brain is bursting, and my heart is full! You see, nothing puts more spring in a REALTOR’S® step than attending Coldwell Banker’s Gen Blue Experience. I’ll definitely have to talk about it very soon… but that will be a whole other blog post! This one is actually about our hot new education calendar. I came back so inspired and full of ideas, that I actually built a session around it!

Please mark your calendars. Eventbrite invites will be coming out the week before each session, so please sign up if you plan to attend, so that I know how many people to prep for.

Stay Out of Real Estate Jail… How to Keep Perfect Records and Flawless Transaction Files
Self admittedly, I am NOT the one to teach this course, so Susan Tough, our fearless leader will teach this session on how to keep great records and files. As a long time member of the Professional Standards Committee, and with her stellar record of training us, we very rarely see cases at council. Do you know why? It’s a very high standard of business practice, and this session will see her reviewing them for those of us who are new to the company, or those who want a little refresher.

DocuSign 101
Ever have a client negotiating an offer from several airports on route to a vacation? Were you worried about how you would get them to sign and scan paperwork on the go? Well, this class if for you! Here we will learn how to use DocuSign to get you out of that pickle!
Disclaimer: There are currently 2 different companies that provide electronic signatures that we can currently use. This is not an endorsement of one over the other, this just happens to be the one several people in the office are using, and their feedback has been great!

Plan For Success
Last year, we ran a business planning session for a handful of agents who signed up. Ask Bill Raine how he’s doing. He set an aggressive goal for 2014, and I am so proud to say that he smashed through it in the 3rd quarter! Setting a plan in motion will help you spend smarter, and achieve more. Please attend this session if you plan to work smarter, you want accountability, and you plan on ringing in the new year with a now mantra. Please attend ONLY if you plan to complete and review your plan with me prior to the end of the year.
November 27, 1:00pm, Harvey Avenue.
Plans must be submitted and reviewed with Jennifer prior to January 1, 2015.

So… there it  is.  Are you going to work ON your business, not just IN it?
