The kids have been back in school for a little bit now, and as usual, the agents at Horizon Realty are continuing to get better at what we do every day. If I get asked any question 3 or 4 times a week, it is: “How do I properly incorporate an EBA into my contract?”. Many of you have take this class before, but a refresher can be very helpful, because that’s not a question I can answer in a quick text message. Even if you use an EBA now, you might benefit from a deeper level of understanding.
Success in Sixteen, Wednesday November 25, 10:00am
The latest numbers are in when you track and measure your activities, you can expect a 25% bump in your performance. In our office, we have many shiny examples of agents who are setting goals and even surpassing them! If you would like to do some work on your plan and set yourself up for “Success in Sixteen” please attend this workshop. In this session, you will get a fresh business planning package. As well, we will discuss tips for building a very successful plan, including a SWOT analysis, affirmation and vision.
Our new initiative this year is to provide ongoing support to the agents new in the business, or new to the office. These sessions combing a learning component, Q&A and accountability in a one hour session. Please note that these are open to everyone to attend.
